Our Scottish Gin Distillery takes its name from the surrounding Kinrara Estate, an area considered to have outstanding scenic and nature conservation value, as well as a high level of historical interest. The first bottling of Kinrara Distillery's Artists Edition featuring 'Ginny' the Highland Cow, drawn by artist Kat Baxter.

Distillery Facts: Kinrara’s Highland Distillery is nestled in 12,000 acres of Cairngorm National Park, it makes unique highland dry gins infused with local flora and berries. Once the stills are full, a long, slow distillation allows the distillers to decide the cut points by taste rather than yield, to ensure they are creating a Highland Dry Scottish Gin of the highest standard.Set in the vast and rugged setting of the wild Scottish Cairngorms National Park, a whitewashed converted steading is home to the Kinrara Distillery. The gin is distilled with a selection of traditional gin botanicals and has a classic London Dry gin profile of juniper, citrus and spice. This juniper led dry gin is infused with hibiscus flowers and sweet orange peel to give a luxurious deep pink hue and added floral flavour. Rather than their usual battles on the martial arts mats they are going to let the whiskies do the fighting. Illustrated by Scottish artist Kat Baxter, "Struan" is depicted using juniper, orange, lemon, coriander and angelica, which are some of the botanicals used in this gin.
