I remember growing up and seeing Beyonce in the advert to this fragrance and wanting this fragrance so badly!On the down side it also brings to mind the adjective "Fake" because while it smells pretty good if it works with your skin it doesn't exactly make sense either.

Emporio Armani Diamonds is a fragrance that reflects the sparkle, strength, brilliance and sexiness of the EMPORIO ARMANI woman. I like it from top notes to base which is quite an achievement for me, this will be my 2014 summer fragrance for sure. Inspired by the contrast of traditional and modern, the perfume opens with a fruity kick, awakening the senses before delving into a rich, floral heart of romantic Rose, Lily-of-the-Valley and Patchouli. The video and ad are in black and white and Beyonce, together with the bend, sings (and dances, of course) the famous Diamonds are a Girl’s Best Friend, which before her sang Marilyn Monroe in \"Gentlemen Prefer Blonds\" and Nicole Kidman in musical \"Moulin Rouge\", in which it was shown as medley with Madonna\'s Material girl. I'm not sure it has the potency and richness I might look for in a winter fragrance but the rest of the year round I could envisage this being an in-offensive go-to perfume.This Perfume Is Equally As Good To Use/Wear Going Out At Night For Say A Dinner Date/A Special Event! I expected more longevity (6 hours on my skin) but I read somewhere that this was Armani's intention so that the fragrance does not scream on an elevator but whispers. This would be a great scent for a stripper or a 14 yr old girl who just stumbled upon her new-found love for "clubbing". The sensory blend is a surprising gourmand fragrance to give a stone a flavor and to a woman a self confident and audacious feeling. my ex bf bought me a bottle i didnt like it in the beginning but after a while i got addicted to the smell.

I believe that this fragrance is being marketed to a younger audience, hence the decision in making Beyonce the face of Emporio Armani Diamonds.
