It's surprising how often Salter household tech items come out on top in my group tests. I love their Dual View Pro Air Fryer, I make a smoothie every morning with their Kuro NutriPro Blender and Smoothie Maker, their Chocolatier hot chocolate maker is another winter favourite, and the air fryer I personally use every day is the Salter Aerogrill Pro. Complete with 2 speed settings and a durable stainless steel blade; this powerful mixer crushes ice cubes and frozen fruit with ease.

Salter's products are already quite keenly priced, so these could be some great bargains for people.

The blender itself works brilliantly. It has a 1.5-litre capacity, and you need to follow the instructions carefully, to ensure you're chopping fruit up to the right sizes, and keeping the ice-to-liquid ratio correct. But it's very powerful and mixes the ingredients up well. During one evening we made some weird and wonderful concoctions, some of which worked better than others, but that's all the fun of it. In practice, I found it was great at providing a base for longer drinks, while the shaker and is strainer was useful for finishing off more refined short drinks.
