WARRANTY: This product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty. The liner is covered for 3 months and the electrical components for 1 year. There is no warranty on inflatable parts or accessories. In the event of a product failure a claim can only be made through the relevant warranty line. Please note that the manufacturer will only replace the faulty component.

This is a very nice pool and the set up was pretty easy. HOWEVER, when they say LEVEL ground, they mean it. We had to drain the pool from the first set up location and move to a more level one. The second location was a little better and we made it work with what we had. " It is also important to remember that the bigger the pool, the longer it will take to not only build but also to fill. The length of time it takes to fill your pool will also affected by your water pressure and it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days to fill a pool. This Intex pool has an external filter pump which allows you the ability to add an electric heater. I was finally able to get a hold of the company on the phone and after discussing the fact that the pump stopped working they put in a warranty claim, and I’m currently waiting for a new pool filter to arrive."
