I also bought box sets 3 and 4 shortly after purchasing this one as I loved it so much, a box set really makes a collection!The box itself isn’t too large but does need a bit of space if you’re planning on putting it in a bookshelf. It shipped and the outer box was a bit worn, but they packaged it well so the actual box set had no visible damage. Going into this I had very little knowledge of the series, I knew the main character could stretch, and he wanted to be a pirate.

Oda went on to work as an assistant to some of the biggest manga artists in the industry, including Nobuhiro Watsuki, before winning the Hop Step Award for new artists. The box it came in is very visually aesthetic thus making it easier to display, it has a handle to carefully carry it as it is quite hefty and also includes Velcro so it can be opened and closed a lot easier for people who struggle with the paper tab type packaging the books seem to be in amazing quality and it even came with an A4-ish sized poster with two options for how you can pin it up! This is corrected in the later books in this series, and I have to feel like the author must have heard the complaints on this. This box set includes volumes 1-23, which comprise the first two story arcs, East Blue and Baroque Works. They are constantly getting into fights with people to the death, but even if they should be dead (good or bad guys), the amount of people who actually die in these books can be count on one hand.

many of the books had knicks and tears on the spine, some of the books' back covers were creased as though they were preowned. The product overall is pretty good, however i found many of the books in the boxed set to be surprisingly scuffed.

I only recently got into One Piece after putting it off for years due to the length of it but I now realise how much I've been missing out!I understand I can change my preference through my account settings or unsubscribe directly from any marketing communications at any time. If you are looking for a fun pirate adventure, I can recommend this, but it will have quite a few annoying chapters you will have to push though as the fights go on much longer then they should. i didnt see anything on the product listing saying it was second hand, and by the way it was shrink-wrapped, i can only assume it is genuinely new, but this is quite disappointing as a first purchase.An incredible series that only gets better as you read on, I would recommend this to anyone who wants to read manga. I will say that the books are quite hard to get back into the box itself though, it’s a tight squeeze. But his life changed when he accidentally gained the power to stretch like rubber…at the cost of never being able to swim again!
