About this deal

Written to accompany a Channel 4 television series, this is a celebration of the huge variety of colours, tastes and textures of vegetables from around the world. Sophie Gregson's salads and starters, main courses and side-dishes, soups and preserves, are designed to inspire both meat-eaters and vegetarians. Grigson was born in the village of Broad Town, [1] near Swindon, Wiltshire, in 1959 and attended Oxford High School. [2] [3] From there she went on to study mathematics at UMIST, Manchester.
