About this deal

I have used it on the areas outlined and have found it to be soothing during pregnancy, especially as I get further along as you do begin to get a lot of pressure and sometimes soreness. To feel the benefits of the above key ingredients simply mist Bottoms Up over the perineal area whenever you are experiencing pain and discomfort.

Natural Birthing Company Bottoms Up 100ml - Next

Giving birth is amazing but it can be tough on your body due to stretching, bruising and swelling of the perineum. I have used this whenever I was experiencing pain/discomfort so usually every other day and maybe 3 times on that day. The design is fab, I did have a slight issue when turning the bottle upside down to hit the areas I needed but it was fairly simple and easy to use none the less.I purchased this box for my sister just before she gave birth to twins and she was thrilled with it!

It is part of my hospital bag and I have recommended it to a lot of my mum friends who are expecting already! For the first 12-24h I had disposable maternity pads (midwife suggestion) but switched to reusables/cloth sanitary pads after this and I wish I had only used reusables as they were so much nicer! Concentrated thickening and bodifying spray formulated to lift and separate the coat while enhancing lustre, volume, and manageability.

Every item included in our postpartum care kits has been selected, tried and tested by the Mama Hug team and we are proud to partner with the following brands. The concept is excellent, as someone who has previously given birth I know all too well how sore the area can get after birth so this is really useful for those moments! I’m really looking forward to using this after birth, as it can be so sore to even do simple things like sitting down or moving around!

Bottoms Up Soothing Bottom Spray | Bizziebaby

I used this on a graze my son had on his knee recently and found the healing process to be quick and it was very easy to use. I kept a jug in the bathroom and poured water over my bits while weeing, and I used lavender oil in the bath.Bottoms Up can be used as soon as required following birth and as often as you feel necessary, especially after a bath or toilet use. They even delivered it to Ireland so I was delighted to have such a personalised and special gift for my sister. Bottoms Up is the perfect hospital bag companion as it can be used as soon as required following birth. For this reason we have chosen to work with a variety of independent, female-led brands, much like our own.

But what u did do was my first couple of wees in the shower cubicle with the shower spraying there (I was in birthing centre so own room and en suite) would deffo recommend if possible! Bottoms Up provides instant relief to your sore vulva and perineal area following childbirth by soothing, cooling and calming the area. Add diluted Bottoms Up to a spray bottle and spray into the coat from roots to ends while separating the coat with a blow dryer. I feel it’s definitely going to help my post- birth recovery and if I ran out, I would 100% get more!Witch Hazel is an anti-inflammatory ingredient that promotes healing, tightens tissues together, moisturises the skin, cools and soothes the skin, in addition to relieving itching and acting as a disinfectant.
