Defrost before use. Remove the raspberries and place evenly on a serving plate and leave to defrost at room temperature for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or in a refrigerator for a minimum of 12 hours. I'm certainly not old (mid thirties) and have seen tinned raspberries, supermarkets usually have them but admittedly ive not sought them out in a couple of years.
