About this deal

I'm excited to be working with Mirum again to bring you this recipe showing you how to cook a ham in a slow cooker using Maille® Honey Dijon Mustard and Maille® Old Style Mustard! It's really easy and all of the ingredients, you can buy them all at Walmart! While France is most famous for Dijon-style mustard, you can also find whole-grain mustard and honey mustard along with other various flavors, styles, and variations that are unique to France. To make the dipping sauce, in a bowl whisk together the dijon mustard, mayonnaise, honey and cayenne. After it's done in the slow cooker, remove it from the slow cooker and put it into an oven safe dish.

I have always wanted to try to make a spiral cut ham in a slow cooker with a honey mustard glaze. Let me just say it turned out amazing! This sweet mustard delivers that extra flavour, far beyond simple seasoning, that will add a delicious tangy note to your cheese platters and liven up your fruit salads.Mustard first came to Paris in the 10th century, when the monks of Saint Germain des Pres began using imported mustard seeds to create their own concoction. By the 13th century, the city of Dijon had become a mustard hub, and it remains the mustard capital of the world, along with the French city of Meaux. Brush a third of the honey mustard glaze all over the joint and place in a shallow baking tray, cover with foil and place in the oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes (or 20 minutes per 500g of gammon). Combine the honey, butter, Maille Dijon mustard, Maille Wholegrain mustard, and thyme in a small saucepan. Cook over a medium-low heat for 2 mins, remove and set aside. For meat lovers, our selection of cold meats is a carnivore's dream.
