Thanks everyone....it arrived today.....have charged the Makita 1835 and running as we speak...great service......hopefully we will do more business.....I may get another battery. Preventing the Memory Effect - Keep your guild 18v battery healthy by fully charging and then fully discharging it at least once every two to three weeks. Exceptions to the rule are guild 18v battery which do not suffer from the memory effect.
