It's important to note that there are more affordable options out there if you’re looking for something with 625-fill-power down fill that is temperature rated to -5 degrees. If you end up in my situation and none of the lower-priced coats are a good fit for you personally—and you have the money to spend on a Canada Goose coat—they are absolutely worth the money. I would not recommend buying a Canada Goose coat strictly for the brand name, though. Would I cut the logo off the arm so people wouldn’t know I spent money I didn’t have to buy it? I wasn’t sure.
