Lemongrass & Ginger G & Tea A classic blend and a stunning iced tea - the all time Suki favourite, our Apple Loves Mint Tea, those rose buds are the perfect garnish! In a glass, combine 90 ml of 'Apple Loves Mint' tea, honey, apple cider vinegar and stir until the honey dissolves.

Look where our Apple Loves Mint got to this week.....it's the Bushmills Distillery! Hmm I wonder what these two local products would be like together......watch this space!! Simply put the peppermint leaves in the boiling water, turn it off, cover, and let sit for 15 minutes or so. Drain and let the tea cool. Add the apple juice and chill, and then serve with ice. This Apple Peppermint Iced Tea recipe is one that my kids request on a regular basis. That and my virgin Mojitos. My kids can’t get enough of either and so it’s a good thing we have two very large peppermint patches in our garden. Add ice to the blender and combine the Matcha mixture with the mint and lime slices, along with the lime juice, add this to the blender, blend until slushie! Ass ice, top with tonic water and garnish with a slice of orange and a sprig of time. Mojito Iced Tea

What’s on the Menu

This fruit tea seems to get people very excited and quite rightly so. A real hidden gems. Visually stunning and a proper treat to drink, But don’t just take our word for it….. it’s a popular tea to review, lots of romantics out there it seems. #AppleLovesMint If you’re in a hurry, use less water initially when making the peppermint tea to make it more concentrated, then add ice cubes to cool it off, add the apple juice and serve right away. Franbear online reviewer: “Had a lovely pot of Apple Loves Mint at the Photographer's Gallery, London and have been craving some since so thought I'd see if I could get my hands on some! The flavour is so delicate and just the right balance of fruit zing and sweetness.” Add the Goji Berry & Pomegranate tea and lemonade. Put ice cubes in each glass, then strain pomegranate mix through a small sieve. Garnish with lime slices and more mint. Apple Loves Mint Julep Another thing we make thorough use of is our homegrown apples. Every year we harvest them and I get to work preparing them every which way including making apple butter, fruit leather, dried apple rings, apple cakes and apple sauce. And of course freshly squeezed apple cider. (Read more about our apple cider press HERE.)

Reserve half the mint for serving, and tear the rest into a large jug with the lime quarters. Using a rolling pin, bash the mint and lime to release the flavours.
