Superb specular highlights provide the edges of the marine robots with a dazzling, realistic shine while various light sources radiate with a tighter, revealing glow. However, the real accomplishment in this production is Nolan incorporating real science into a relatively straightforward plot and successfully making the whole thing impressively entertaining, littered with spectacular, marvelous visuals that effectively leave an impression. The original blu ray version, the blackness of space is more milky grey than black when viewing on an OLED tv. It was after my second viewing of Interstellar with my girlfriend, when my curiosity started to reach its all-time peak as I questioned all the onscreen events, that I picked up a copy of this book and I couldn’t put it down.

Synopsis: From director Christopher Nolan (Inception, The Dark Knight Trilogy) comes the story of a team of pioneers undertaking the most important mission in human history. Depth: Since the backgrounds and foreground characters are so well defined, I guess you can say providing you that three-dimensional pop we all know and love on the 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray format, you’d be a fool to believe the depth-of-field isn’t remarkable here either. In my opinion, five-star scores across the board don’t come around too often here so when they do, case in point being Interstellar 4K today, I tend to take time to cherish the moment and gleefully smile on a job well done not only here within this review, but to the peeps at Paramount who made this all possible.Not to mention that his action scenes are wonderfully framed and expertly constructed as to lead you through an experience rather than splattering you with chaos. The surround mix eschews prominent use of discrete effects in favor of extending the soundstage via atmospherics/ambient related effects that envelope and revolve around the listening position. The Simulation of Zero-G (HD, 5:31) — Here’s an interesting look that allows you to discover the various methods that the filmmakers used to create a zero gravity environment.

After reading your review of the video I am sure that this will be a welcome addition to my movie collection. I really wish I could go into so much more detail and discuss all the other names hidden from the movie poster here, but alas I cannot. And I really hope you enjoy this one because after so many endless viewings now I certainly still am. Academy Award® winner Matthew McConaughey stars as ex-pilot-turned-farmer Cooper, who must leave his family and a foundering Earth behind to lead an expedition traveling beyond this galaxy to discover whether mankind has a future among the stars.Yes, it does have a tendency to over-explain itself, but what stood out to me this time around was the intention of the script to throw out as many deep thoughts it possibly can within the first 40 minutes or so. This Ultra HD presentation is marvelous, adding a lustrous visual element to the experience of watching Interstellar. NASA's "Lazarus missions" have identified three potentially habitable worlds: “Miller”, “Edmunds”, and “Mann”, named after the astronauts who left earth to survey them, orbiting a supermassive black hole they have named Gargantua.

Yes, there’s the beautifully-shot scenes and the amazing soundtrack (more on that below), but as a viewer you feel like you’re more a part of something than just a passive observer. The intensity is intoxicating, making for a near-perfect accompaniment to the film's staggering visuals.
