Take the new filter, making sure the flow direction is correct and insert the inlet side only, the line will go in approx 5 – 10mm and you will feel it hit home. The DA29-10105J is tested and certified by NSF International for safety and performance, NSF Code DA2010CB. It is recommended that this filter is replaced every 6 months or 3785 litres. Find isolation valve which will be located somewhere on the water supply line to the fridge. Turn it off and to depressurise the system draw a large glass of water from the water outlet at the fridge.

Connect the inlet and outlet tubing to the appropriate end of the filter by firmly pushing until tightly sealed. This is reset MANUALLY and is simply a 6-month timer that has no digital connection to the filter. If your light comes on early then you have likely held the button for too long and changed the setting. Please reference your fridge manual for instructions on how to change this.
