About this deal

a better epilogue. Although I wouldn’t doubt Ryot and Myla’s HEA considering everything they’ve gone through, I would’ve liked to see their lives many years in the future (with maybe some babies too 👀 lol)

All in all, I wished she hadn't acted like a child for almost the entirety of the book and also she didn't play with his feelings by having sex with him throughout their separation and giving him HOPE until eventually she realised she loved him, and she didn't want to go, reason? Her BFF having cancer and basically about to die made her realise she would be alone and needed Ryot - that's it. Metcalf, Mitch (January 12, 2016). The four sources are given in Robin Lane Fox, Alexander the Great (1973) 1986: Notes to Chapter 10, p. 518; Fox recounts the anecdote, pp. 149–151. I don’t think I have ever been tortured by a Meghan Quinn book quite like Untying the Knot. A relationship on the brink of death is always a hard read, but she really put me through some stuff with this one. I kept having to take emotional breaks while at the same time couldn’t put it down. My heart broke for Myla and Ryot over and over again. I somehow loved and hated them both. I was a freaking mess while reading this book. Untying the Knot: Muslim Women, Divorce and the Shariah reports on a study of the experiences of British Muslim women who try to divorce their husbands according to Muslim Law. The study had three components:The monophyly of Dennstaedtioideae genera, especially Dennstaedtia, remained uncertain ( Perrie etal., 2015; PPGI, 2016; Shang etal., 2018; Schwartsburd etal., 2020). In our analysis, Dennstaedtia was identified as paraphyletic and divided into three branches, as previously shown ( Perrie etal., 2015; Shang etal., 2018; Schwartsburd etal., 2020; Wang etal., 2021). In the characteristics of plastomes, a large 4 kb inversion ( petB- psbH) in the LSC region (type 1; Figure6) was mainly distributed in clade 1, clade 2, clade3 (except for Microlepia marginata) and Blotiella glabra ( Figure8). This inversion was not found in other lineages of Dennstaedtiaceae, probably related to their plastid structural characteristics. The analysis of genetic structure ( Figure6), plastome linearized maps ( Figure S3) and geographical distribution ( Figure8) in the present study revealed that the species of clades 1-4 have unique characteristics. Besides, according to the particular phylogenetic position of Microlepia and the distinguishing characters between Microlepia and Dennstaedtia s.l. (e.g., sori position, indusium shape, spore ornamentation and the connection of grooves between rachis and pinna rachis; Wang etal., 2021), we support the segregation of subfamily Dennstaedtioideae into smaller genera, including Dennstaedtia s.s. (clade 4), Microlepia (clade 2), Sitobolium Desvaux (clade1) in East Asia-North America clade, and a new genus in tropical America clade (clade 3). This treatment is consistent with the proposal of conservation of Dennstaedtia with D. dissecta as type published on TAXON ( Triana-Moreno etal., 2022). If the Dennstaedtia s.l. is segregated into multiple genera, it means the new type species of Dennstaedtia should be accepted. Apart from the results mentioned above and plant size, we have not yet found any convincing synapomorphies within clades 1, 2 and 4. Further taxonomic research is needed to clearly understand the division. Relationships within the early branches of polypod ferns I loved the moving from past to present. We were able to see them fall in love in the past even if we watched them falling apart and coming together in the present. Kondolojy, Amanada (November 21, 2014). Numerous studies have shown that phylogenomic conflict (gene trees disagreement about species tree resolution; Caroline etal., 2021) is a nearly ubiquitous feature of nuclear or nuclear-plastid phylogenomic ( Rokas etal., 2003; Smith etal., 2015; Liu etal., 2016; Zhang etal., 2019), which is attributed to biological (e.g., hybridization, duplication, incomplete lineage sorting and horizontal gene transfer) and non-biological factors (e.g., systematic error, uninformative loci, outlier genes and gene saturation; Maddison and Wiens, 1997; Galtier and Daubin, 2008; Vargas etal., 2017; Walker etal., 2017). Although nuclear or nuclear-plastid conflicts in phylogenetic analysis have been thoroughly investigated ( Sun etal., 2015; Zhang etal., 2019; Liu etal., 2020; Stull etal., 2020), conflicts within the plastome are still poorly explored ( Gonçalves etal., 2019; Walker etal., 2019; Xiao etal., 2020; Zhang etal., 2020a), possibly because the plastome is typically uniparentally inherited ( Birky, 1995; Mogensen, 1996; Vargas etal., 2017). Moreover, stochastic and systematic errors or misspecifications of the evolutionary model ( Walker etal., 2019; Daniell etal., 2021) also cause internal conflicts. Therefore, many researchers are used to simply combining various plastid sequences to amplify the phylogenetic signal ( Gadagkar etal., 2005; Kumar etal., 2012) and infer evolutionary relationships among recalcitrant lineages, such as Polypodiaceae ( Du etal., 2021; Wei etal., 2021) and Poales ( Givnish etal., 2010). However, the tree topology based on this approach may be incorrect, even with high support values ( Walker etal., 2017; Lu etal., 2018; Gonçalves etal., 2019; Walker etal., 2019). Sources from antiquity agree that Alexander the Great was confronted with the challenge of the knot, but his solution is disputed. Both Plutarch and Arrian relate that, according to Aristobulus, [b] Alexander the Great pulled the linchpin from the pole to which the yoke was fastened, exposing the two ends of the cord and allowing him to untie the knot without having to cut through it. [3] [4] Some classical scholars regard this as more plausible than the popular account. [5] Literary sources of the story include Arrian ( Anabasis Alexandri2.3), Quintus Curtius (3.1.14), Justin's epitome of Pompeius Trogus (11.7.3), and Aelian's De Natura Animalium 13.1. [6] My goodness, wow. Another WINNER from Meghan Quinn. After reading the blurb on this book, I knew going in that this was going to be an emotional one, but man I wasn’t prepared for all of the tears.

Let’s start saying that I adore matrimony on peril/crisis. The history, pinning, angst, … it has everything. There is no cheating. In fact I thought that the conflict was real (in my single-since-birth mind) the side characters 🥹. Although this is a standalone, I enjoyed it even more because I’ve read other books in the series. It’s always nice to revisit other MCs HEAs 🥰. Obviously, Nichole was my next favorite character (she IS Myla’s best friend. Good thing too). She’s like the momma bear Myla needed in her life 🥹❤️The first time I ran into him, he was grumpy, a horrific host, and left me on his sofa with nothing but a nylon baseball flag to use as a blanket. After the Illumina HiSeq 4000 sequencing data (Raw Data) was finished, the software Fastp 0.19.6 was used to control the quality of the Raw Data and filter the low-quality data to obtain high-quality Clean Data. The specific operations are as follows: 1) Remove Adapter sequence in Reads;2) The bases whose sequencing quality value at the 5’ end was lower than 20 or identified as N were cut out;3) The bases whose sequencing quality value at the 3’ end was lower than 3 or identified as N were cut out;4) Take 4 bases as Window, and cut out the bases in Window with average mass value less than 20;5) Reads containing 10% of N were removed;6) More than 40% Reads with base quality values below 15 were cut out;7) Reads with length less than 30 bp after removing Adapter and quality pruning were discarded. Plastid genome assembly, annotation and comparison It’s not often I find myself reading about what comes after the HEA so I LOVED this plot right from the get go. Even though Myla and Ryot are dealing with deep issues, Meghan develops their story and character with mastery in a way that I felt their hurt but was also able to laugh and swoon.

trained in the Insight Approach to Mediation, which gets to the heart of conflicts and resolving them. A focus on your family But also I was not expecting all that heat?!?! One minute I’m emotional and the next I’m either laughing or turned on. Now that’s what I call…✨balance✨ I gave this documentary a 10/10 because it’s real, honest and these women live the ultimate example of courage… This documentary will give courage to all women, and open the door for others struggling through the same situations.” Anyway, the book was LONG. Sometimes I thought it should be shorter but I honestly wouldn’t know what scene to delete. I tend to like more scenes (even if it’s just the going to buy bread) in books than a short book. I want all the details and interaction. So, I thought it was long but it wasn’t a big problem for me. Metcalf, Mitch (January 6, 2016). "Top 150 Monday Cable Originals & Network Update: 1.4.2016". Showbuzz Daily. Archived from the original on January 9, 2016 . Retrieved April 5, 2016.the angst. Oh. Man. This was had a looooot of topics that could be triggering. These are two people who’ve endured a lot, but Myla definitely experienced more than anyone ever should (unfortunately). But I loooved that Ryot was there for her when she needed him (even after he messes up… both times). Nichole’s uncertainty. Um… I don’t like that this wasn’t clear enough. The epilogue was only a month after the end of the book. I also didn’t like that she was focusing on Banner’s love life so much. I was crying during these scenes… I needed more positivity Another thing that I didn’t like it’s that we dont know what it’s going to happen with h’s friend after the end of this book. She had sex with H’s brother. That’s how h and H met. But there are not going to be a couple. H’s bro might end with a possible virgin. Manho and virgin. Not my fav trope. Especially if the other is in the picture but at the same time I want her in the picture because if she isn’t it means she might be dead. Anyway, we don’t know if she would get her hea in another book or if she would even survive to see the hea for her ex friends with benefits/now only friend friend. THIS SHOULD HAVE HAD A BIG HUGE TW in my opinion. Had an affair. When h was 8 her mom starting to hit her. It’s subtle that the thing that may started this was the affair of her husband. Obviously the mom is an asshole for doing this and it’s responsible for this.
