Being an "all in one" type device it is also a little restrictive in how you can position your head and lean as the machine itself has t o remain upright to ensure that all the liquid is used when it is running. Tipping it sideways will leave liquid still in the blue water container. Sadly I am no stranger to Nelimed and their products, or more precisely my needs for nasal irrigation over the years due to Rhinitis, Sinusitis, and post nasal drips etc that trouble me far too often.
