As well as traditional gin botanicals they've added everything Christmassy into the still, including a gingerbread house, chestnuts, mince pies, Christmas tree needles, gold glitter, frankincense and myrrh. Could it be anymore Christmassy! The team at Eden Mill are constantly innovating, producing a range of gins as well as pre-mixed G&Ts and numerous seasonal expressions. The Secret Garden team, based near Edinburgh in Scotland, teamed up with Great British Bake Off 2018 finalist Ruby Bhogal to create this Christmas tipple. The festive spices used including ginger, cinnamon and cardamom, and it's infused with mallow petals to give it a warm red hue that turns a vibrant pink when you add tonic. Eden Mill Gin is created in copper pot-stills and exhibits a wide range of flavours from botanicals sourced from the local area, as well as from much further afield.
