Sylveon artwork – 5 holo rares, 3 V half art cards, 1 VMAX card and 3 Ultra rares – a pull rate of just 12/30 = 40% Overall, Evolving Skies and particularly this Elite Trainer Box are worth every bit of the excitement. There are two versions which different Eeveelutions (and another two that are Pokémon Center exclusive), so I'll have to seek out the other one. I was happy that this was my first, though, as it includes Sylveon, my favorite, on the box art.

Duraludon artwork – 5 holo rare cards, 4 V half art, 2 VMAX, 1 Ultra rare and 1 secret rare – 13/28 = 46%The term ‘pull rate’ refers to the numbers of holo, half art, and full art (including ultra and secret rare) that are found in booster boxes. The higher the numbers of these cards, the better the pull rate.

New booster boxes are sealed a with clear film covering which has the Pokémon logo imprinted in white.

Rayquaza artwork – 6 holo rare, 5 V half art cards, 5 VMAX full art and 1 ultra rare card – 17/27 = 63% Take advantage of powerful Dragon-type Pokemon such as Rayquaze, Dragonite V and more. This Elite Trainer Box features counter dice, a Pokemon rulebook and players guide to Sword and Shield Evolving Skies expansion along with various cards and a collectors box. My first impression was the beautifully designed box. I have to admit this right up front, I have personally thought a lot about how little I understand the "sealed collection" phenomenon. I've never gotten how someone could have a box full of Pokémon cards and not feel eaten up inside by the lingering question: What's in that box? For the first time ever, though, this box made me get it. As a huge Eevee fan and someone who has always loved the artwork of the Pokémon TCG first and foremost (I'm a huge complete set binder collector), the design of the box is stunning.
