About this deal

There are other Inquisitors, but their appearances have mostly been in comics or books rather than on screen. Among these is the Sixth Brother, the only one missing from the single digit lineup-unless he’s the one recently featured in theTales of the Jedi series. There was also one in the Star Wars Visions episode “T0-B1”. These Inquisitors seem unlikely to get figures, unless they return in some other live-action or animated media. Moreover, the dark brown belt, trousers and gloves correspond with the onscreen character and this hair component also looks superb, capturing realistic texture. I think the dark orange colour appears slightly too bright in relation to the series, although many Obi-Wan minifigures employ the same hair colour and I can understand the wish to maintain consistency between them.

The thing here is that you have a huuuge shuttle, but the level of details and the finishes are not really better than the official product 75156. I think the best way to describe the wing weight here is that yes, physics determines that over time the torque from the tips of the wings will cause bending of the wing shape, BUT it will be miniscule, if even noticeable at all (Cavegod's has been standing for 6 months and looks good as new). Weapons include 2 blasters for the Imperial Death Troopers, Krennic's blaster, Bodhi's blaster pistol and Pao's blaster rifle. I think you should have go with a model that is "only" 50% bigger than 75156. This scale would have been more than enough to have all the details you need, and you would have strongly reduce all the problems related to structures (beyond some point, those can not be removed, this is why it is important not to make the model pointlessly big). Especially given how talented of a MOC builder/developer you are, not quite sure why you’d leave such a vague and snarky comment...

The scale I think needed to be this large because if it is only slightly bigger than the official set, that doesn't really bring much to the table. At minifigure scale it puts the size of the ship into perspective, and composed of 2,000 pieces (The base is the other 2,000+ pieces thanks to the grass), there's no wasted space here, every piece has a purpose.

The live-action appearance of the Grand Inquisitor provoked controversy when his design was revealed, noticeably deviating from the established Pau'an species. Thankfully, minifigure form disguises this inconsistency and the leader of the Inquisitorius appears suitably menacing, with pale skin and piercing red eyes! As expected, 75336 Inquisitor Transport Scythe looks absolutely brilliant. Clever combinations of wedge plates and tiles recreate the Scythe's characteristic shape and the interior is impressively spacious, with more than enough room for the provided Inquisitors. The minifigures are splendid too, although also including Uncle Owen would have been even better. I’m hoping they’ll eventually get around to releasing figures for the various other Inquisitors. They’re a lot more impressive than the Knights of Ren, and the whole numbering thing also makes it annoying to have an incomplete lineup. There are a number of ways in which additional Inquisitor figures could be introduced. The exact number of Inquisitors has yet to be confirmed, but I’ll go through those we know of.However, I dislike the noticeable gaps between the Inquisitor's shoulders and his armour, which the prior Grand Inquisitor minifigure avoided. Moreover, the red stripe on this character's chest is printed slightly off-centre, but his insignia looks great. The decoration across the torso and legs compares favourably with the onscreen villain too, perfectly finished with an elegant cape. For example, joins are very important on a UCS model. And the joins here are not better than what we can see on the official playset model. As soon as 75336 Inquisitor Transport Scythe was revealed, comparisons with 75156 Krennic's Imperial Shuttle began. The shared colour scheme and hull shape are instantly identifiable and these models also incorporate similar construction techniques, which is hardly surprising given both shuttles were designed by Hans Burkhard Schlömer. The set was provided for review by LEGO. All opinions expressed are those of the author. Minifigures

The double-sided head displays dark orange facial hair, alongside fairly neutral and determined expressions. 75334 Obi-Wan Kenobi vs. Darth Vader features the same updated head and Obi-Wan's classic lightsaber is similarly repeated. However, this figure should also have included a blaster pistol. Um, some constructive criticism would be appreciated if it contained specificity rather than simply stating you think they look terrible. I had very little intention of getting this set as I'm not a Star Wars fan or seen the show this is from, but I really liked the name and the look of it in the pictures and in person and was still interested to build this, just for the sake of it. And it's a breath of fresh air for how relatively good value it retails at compared to how expensive the sets have been getting this year, that are so small by comparison despite costing almost as much as this set! Or are a lot more expensive despite being around the same size! It can be displayed both in "Flight Mode" (Wings folded down) as well as "Landed Mode" (Wings folded up). The transition between these two display styles is quite simple and easy to do with just a single person. The goal here was to give others who build the MOC the ability to choose their display style based on how much spare room they have. This set features three Inquisitors from Kenobi, but omits the character of the Fourth Sister. This less prominent member appears in fewer scenes and with less dialogue-if any?-than her compatriots. I’m not sure what the best way to include her might be, unless they make more sets based on season one of the series or include her in season two or some other project. One of the best possibilities is, of course, Fortress Inquisitorious, which has potential for including many of the missing Inquisitors. To make it short, you have a model that is twice bigger but you are are far from having twice more details. In other words, you had to deal with all the problems of a big build (complex build, bending parts), without taking advantage of it. Fifth Brother, like the Grand Inquisitor, has appeared in minifigure form previously. Once again though, this minifigure shares little with its predecessor, wearing darker armour and reflecting the many differences between the Fifth Brother's animated and live action designs. His shoulder armour looks excellent and I appreciate the distinctive headgear too, which does return from the 2016 minifigure.
