I can't reccomend this place highly enough, in a nutshell the tea is amazing and the staff anticipate your needs really well, whilst staying unobtrusive. Lovely and helpful staff. I have an issue with certain foods, adapted the menus to suit and the chef came out into the dining room to enquire whether we enjoyed our meal. Lovely selection for breakfast, plenty of choice for evening meal, reasonable prices and good portions. The location of the hotel is great. Located in nice street with the underground station located few walking minutes. Ideal for families of three or four looking for a comfortable stay in Central London. A great alternative to a twin, with two double beds rather than two single beds. I live near this hotel and often meet friends here for drinks or afternoon tea. This visit I went for afternoon tea with my family. Today it was Mersim and Diana who served us and as usual the experience was amazing. Justified withdrawal by the Hotel shall not bring into existence a right by the Customer to claim damages. VIII.
