About this deal

Meet Lily Bloom, a young woman determined to break free from the cycle of abuse she witnessed as a child. She stays with Atlas for a few days while Ryle leaves the country for a fellowship, and eventually moves back home while Ryle is still out of the country. Registered office address: Unit 34 Vulcan House Business Centre, Vulcan Road, Leicester, Leicestershire, LE5 3EF. Strangely enough, the teenage Lily and the actual adolescent relationship depicted between Lily and Atlas felt more mature in comparison, such that it was as if Lily had regressed later on in life.

She has won the Goodreads Choice Award for Best Romance three years in a row—for Confess 2015, It Ends with Us 2016, and Without Merit 2017 Confess was adapted into a seven-episode online series. Suspecting that Ryle may be abusing Lily after noticing her injuries, Atlas secretly gives her his phone number. With a delicate foiled cover, exclusive board and sprayed edge design, as well as an exclusive interview with Colleen and her mother, don't miss this beautiful collector's edition. She’s come a long way from the small town in Maine where she grew up – she graduated from college, moved to Boston, and started her own business.Lily is reminded of her father's treatment of her mother; while horrified, she decides they are different from her parents and accepts his apologies, but warns him that she will leave if he hurts her again. This book deals with domestic violence and honestly, it’s one of my favourite reads so far the writing, the characters just everything about it I loved. About the Author Colleen Hoover is the 1 New York Times bestselling author of Slammed, Hopeless, Maybe Someday, Maybe Not, Ugly Love, Confess, November 9, It Ends with Us, Without Merit, and All Your Perfects. introspective paragraphs, 0 memories or possibilities shared to the reader by the character, 0 contemplation before making any decision. However, having read Verity, also by Colleen Hoover not long ago, I finally decided to give this book a try.

At the beginning of the book she meets Ryle Kincaid, a neurosurgeon, on a roof top and she sees him raging about a kid who has just accidentally shot his brother dead. I believe Colleen represented the delicate subject very well and I don’t believe she “romanticised domestic violence”. It’s now common knowledge that one of the best tools to tackle the climate crisis is to plant trees. Word-of-mouth spread like wildfire, propelling Hoover into the literary spotlight and establishing her as a force to be reckoned with.

Unfortunately, elements of the writing and character development did for me personally affect my enjoyment of the story, and I would have likely rated it higher had the overall tone been more mature than it was. Hoover's willingness to explore the darker aspects of love and life sets her apart, allowing readers to connect with her characters on a profound level.
