I only read the manga at certain parts (like the war arc), so this is more a review of the anime, but it's the same exact story. This was followed in 1997 by a pilot version of Naruto (NARUTO－ナルト－), published in Akamaru Jump Summer. Before this point , Naruto was your regular fast paced shōnen manga , but had a unique style, strong storyline . But you never stopped regarding me as your friend, even when I tried my best to destroy that very feeling. there was so much action through this book, it is a manga, so if you japanese books this is great for you! I don't think there's any other story in this world that makes me as emotional as "Naruto"(especially anything w/ the character of Sasuke Uchiha, who might be my favorite fictional character). This is a really good manga series, I watched the anime as a teen and after it was canceled on CN I started reading the manga. His first version of Naruto, drawn in 1997, was a one-shot storyabout fox spirits; his final version, which debuted in Weekly Shonen Jump in 1999, quickly became the most popularninja manga in Japan. His antics amuse his instructor Kakashi and irritate his teammates, intense Sasuke and witty Sakura, but Naruto is serious about becoming the greatest ninja in the village of Konohagukure!

In particular, I think Sasuke had a STELLAR character arc here, which is why he became my favorite character - why I got so invested in him and stayed that way, even when his writing wasn't as strong later. This is a good series to start with when getting into manga and anime in my personal opinion it has a lot of drama, action, and many other things as well. If ya'll didn't know, Naruto was my literal childhood - I started watching it when I was 7, and reading it when I was 10.For example if you have Hidan (box set 2) you won't hear his typical cursing, which in my opinion is a loss. His antics amuse his instructor Kakashi and irritate his teammates, intense Sasuke and witty Sakura, but Narutois serious about becoming the greatest ninja in the village of Konohagakure! I kept up with it right up until the final chapter, and had yet to reread it straight through (though I have read several volumes/arcs and watched the entirety of the Part 1 anime several times). After spending time in artcollege, he won the Hop Step Award for new manga artists with his manga Karakuri ("Mechanism"). Two of his former assistants, Osamu Kajisa (Tattoo Hearts) and Yuuichi Itakura (Hand's), have also gone on to moderate success following their work on Naruto.
