About this deal

The Pelvic Floor Educator is designated as a medical device and is manufactured from medical grade materials but not under sterile conditions so we recommend cleaning before use. If you are unable to contract your pelvic floor at all, or you have been assessed by your gynaecologist or women's health physiotherapist as having a grade 2 pelvic floor (no lift) you will need to work towards a grade 3 (some lift) before seeing results using the Pelvic Floor Educator. But knowing if we are contracting or relaxing our pelvic floor muscles correctly can be the biggest challenge when doing these exercises at home.
