Distilled in French Limousin oak casks, this cognac offers a combination of juicy fruit notes, smoky, oaky woodiness and a dry finish.

This brandy has a complex taste profile of fruity and floral jasmine, warm toasted almond. Amber in colour with some chocolate overtones and hints of vanilla, oak, and exotic flavours. Aside from Cognac brandy made in the south west of France, there's also Armagnac brandy, which comes from just a little further south than the Cognac region. Often companies like Bluebird and Smiths stamp their products with short dates for commercial reasons rather then any accurate reflection of actual food quality.
