About this deal

In terms of pricing, Hisense TVs are competitive, and can even be some of the best value around. When you couple that with frequent sales, if what you’re looking for is a really cheap TV that’s still relatively modern in terms of specs and features, Hisense is almost always a brand worth considering. Hisense’s laser TVs have received an update this year, with this being an area the company claims is leading the way forward with its ultimate aim being to create an “impeccable home cinema experience”.The brand uses its Ultra Short Throw Laser in the L5F Laser TV to deliver a highly detailed 4K image. The Hisense 55A7GQTUK QLED Series TV does not feature an 8K resolution. However, Hisense does offer 8K TVs in their product lineup, such as the Hisense U8GQ 8K ULED TV. 8K Resolution provides even more detail and clarity than 4K, but it’s worth noting that there is limited content available in 8K Resolution. Additionally, 8K TVs have a higher price tag, so it’s important to consider whether the additional Resolution is worth the investment. And roid tv: with our and roid tv platform, you'll enjoy easy and unlimited access to all the content you love, exactly how you want it. whether you're looking for movies, tv shows, music, or games, everything is right at your fingertips. The Hisense 55A7GQTUK QLED Series TV features Ambient Mode, allowing it to blend in with its surroundings when not in use. Ambient Mode displays images or artwork on the TV screen, making it look like a piece of art or part of the room’s decor. Ambient Mode can also display useful information, such as the time or weather, making it a great feature for those who want their TV to be functional and stylish.

The TV runs on the VIDAA U5 operating system, designed to be user-friendly and intuitive. It has a customizable interface that allows users to personalize their TV experience. Additionally, the TV comes with built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, enabling seamless online content streaming. Features I've been in touch with Richer Sounds where we bought it from to see whether they can help, or offer a different TV as a replacement without this issue but they are claiming that this is an issue with all TVs in this price range (?) and we'd need to spend a lot more to get something that isn't affected by this problem. This doesn't seem right to me, especially as I've never noticed this with any of our older TVs that were half the cost and a lot less hi-tech (I'm talking about 1080p TVs from probably over 10 years ago at this point). So I would be really surprised if this was a hardware limitation of a TV that is vastly more expensive and hi tech than anything I've bought before. Hisense could also be spending less on R&D and tuning its TVs. It's not like all these brands put a few components in a thin plastic case and ship them all over the world. Each TV goes through tuning and quality control to make sure the picture and sound look as a good as possible. This is expensive and time-consuming, but how expensive and time-consuming really depends. Hisense could keep costs down by spending less time on this important step.

A razor-sharp 4K TV, with only a few problems

The Hisense 55A7GQTUK QLED Series TV comes with four HDMI ports, connecting multiple devices, such as gaming consoles, Blu-ray players, or streaming devices. The TV also has two USB ports, allowing you to connect USB drives or external hard drives to play your favorite movies and TV shows. The TV also has a built-in Ethernet port, providing a more stable and reliable internet connection.

Second, while the 55A7GQ’s colours are routinely impacted by the screen’s inescapable grey overwash, there’s enough subtlety in the way blends and tones are presented to reveal that the TV’s core colour processing is pretty good, in keeping with other Hisense TVs we’ve seen recently. Immersive audio from your samsung smart tv - for a viewing experience that sounds as good as it looks, the au7020 offers adaptive sound lite, for audio that matches the content. connect a samsung soundbar for harmonious q-symphony audio. when sat head on, the image performance is very good and on a par with some much more expensive peers. Still, Atmos is something manufacturers make a big deal over and it is present in Hisense's more high-end models.

Measurements

Unsurprisingly, these TVs scale up in terms of specs, features, and of course, pricing. Nonetheless, these different Hisense TVs have commonalities, too – they're all smart TVs with 4K picture resolution, while some sets come with more advanced features like ALLM, VRR, and 8K. Alexa built-in Use Alexa via the Remote NOW app to control your TV with your voice, search across the VIDAA U platform or use any Alexa skills. The Hisense 55A7GQTUK QLED Series TV features an advanced calibration system that optimizes the picture quality based on the displayed environment and content. The TV uses AI algorithms to adjust the picture quality in real-time, ensuring you get the best viewing experience. The TV also features a color calibration system that ensures accurate and consistent colors across all content. You're getting awesome 8K image quality with a range of HDR options including HLG and Dolby Vision, as well as the always-welcome Dolby Atmos for immersive, room-filling audio. As there's not a ton of 8K content available as of yet, you'll also be glad to know that the TV upscales 1080p and 4K content terrifically. As is the TV's performance. Its audio-visual chops earned it four stars in our review, while the slightly lower-specced U7K earned the same score.

The Hisense 55A7GQTUK QLED Series TV features a 4K Ultra HD resolution, which is four times the Resolution of Full HD. This results in a more detailed and crisp picture, especially when viewing content available in 4K resolution. The TV’s QLED technology enhances color accuracy and contrast, providing better picture quality. Alexa built-in - do more on your tv with your voice, ask alexa to play music, hear the news, get weather and control your smart home, and more. When it comes to the picture presets, the HDR Day and Night presets actually look worse than the default Standard setting. This is because they reduce the intensity of bright image highlights, leaving you with fewer distractions from the grey mush elsewhere.
