Measuring your Basal Body Temperature. This is a popular method where you take your body temperature each morning before you get out of bed. You should see a rise in 0.4-1.0°C in your body temperature after ovulation. This method is not ideal because once you have seen this rise you have already ovulated. Warnings

Third month, got 3 ‘low’ days followed by 2 ‘high’ and then tested again and got ‘peak’. This time I tested first thing each morning (roughly 7:30am) then tested again between 4-6 each day.
