About this deal

Compared to the 2003 original, Coral Omnia is a completely different perfume; they are as different as a "spring-summer" collection is different from an "autumn-winter" one. To match the color scheme of the flacon, marketers chose red ingredients for the perfume's pyramid, and made them exotic enough: goji berries, pomegranate and hibiscus. Bvlgari is announcing new additions to the popular line of Omnia fragrances with a new Omnia edition which provides optimistic and feminine coral shades for spring. Omnia Coral is a new version that hits the market in spring 2012 and brings us romantic floral-fruity scents full of joy. It starts fruity. The berries can be clearly perceived. They are "pleasant" berries not as shrill as raspberries or currants. They give the fragrance a subtle but still juicy sweetness. In addition, there is something floral. Probably the water lily, because I can perceive something floral slightly aquatic. And that's basically the scent: fruity, floral and a touch aquatic. Smells but definitely more exciting than this description suggests! The Omnia collection is positioned as fragrances for the youth, for young women of tender age, and it aims to please girlish tastes in different countries of the world. So, for example, Omnia Crystalline, with notes of nashi pear and lotus flower, was created taking into account the tastes of Japanese and Korean girls, Omnia Paraiba was inspired by the Brazilian jungle and the sea, and the most recent edition, Omnia Golden Citrine, is a tropical paradise jasmine and ylang-ylang scent placed on a sweet base.

I want to smell fresh and clean but also do not have to completely abandon sweetness. And that's where Omnia Coral comes into play. The perfumer explained, “This is the first time that Bvlgari has created a fruity note, but fruity in a very Bvlgari way. I was inspired by the noble and rare red coral gemstone, I imagined a voluptuous, natural scent created around the hibiscus flower and the overflowing sensation of juicy fruits”. Our today's heroine is Omnia Coral, which visually differs from the others by her pink-orange coral color on the flacon sides. It was first introduced in the spring of 2012 and, like all Omnia Bvlgari fragrances, was created by Firmenich perfumer Alberto Morillas. The face of the fragrance at its launch was Carola Remer, donning coral colored jewelry and a hibiscus flower in her dark hair. Perfumer of the new Omnia Coral is Alberto Morillas, who also created previous Bvlgari editions: Omnia, Omnia Amethyste, Omnia Crystalline and Omnia Green Jade, as well as other Bvlgari editions.Like all fragrances of the series, Omnia Coral is a soft and rounded musky scent evoking a girlish purity, with a slight accent on red berries and rose. Apparently, it was the softness of the musky base that the perfumer had in mind when he said that the fragrance was done in a Bvlgari way. Do not expect willfulness or rich character from it - it's just cute and faint-hearted. If you would compare it with the theory of clothing styles, then this is definitely not a dramatic or classic piece, but rather a naive and romantic one. Omnia Coral for 2012 attracts attention with its romantic and optimistic color and composition with delicate and feminine notes combined with accentuated red berries (goji berries and pomegranate). The composition opens with bergamot and goji berries (wolfberry); the heart encompasses gentle water lily, hibiscus and pomegranate, while the base closes with a sophisticated mixture of musk and cedar.
