It’s obviously been really poorly photocopied and I am extremely dissatisfied with this useless product! I paid extra for the colour version of this book, but the pictures are not only not colour, but they are just unrecognisable blotches! It was perhaps a little more dense than oven baked cakes, but it rose so much that it was touching the top of my air fryer when I pulled it out. I continued to improve on theirs and added others so you would know that they were easy and no fail. Loved that fact the the guy who has compiled it has put it together with ingredients that are easily bought from the local supermarket so no having to source weird and wonderful spices.

It’s small enough to sit on a countertop, easy to use and intuitive, and you can feel what you’ve paid for in the quality. When I need you to boil a kettle, I will tell you five minutes before you need boiling water in the recipe. Stick with the timing and amounts of liquid listed in a recipe though, especially at first until you get the hang of those ratios.
