It’s really very simple in most cases.” A great value budget macerator pump. I was a bit dubious at first, but for the money it does the job fantastically. Well made and a doddle to plumb in. Great customer support also from Plumbworld. This is being used quite heavily and copes really well. Comes with fittings an non return valve. I’m a DIYer and fitted it in an hour. I plumbed this in myself a few weeks ago. Very easy to attach to original pipework and so far has worked fine.
If fitted the first Flw Force macerator to my boat 15 years ago. It worked perfectly. Never missed a beat. It also emptied both bath and sink. We bought this some 18 months ago, and of course it has been used continuously since then. Reccommend I took a chance on this pump hoping that even though it was much cheaper than any similar pump I had seen that it would be capable of doing the job of keeping the water flowing away from my downstairs shower, sink and bath. If a vertical lift is required, it must be made before the horizontal run at the start of the pipe run Absolutely fantastic value for money, solid bit of kit, always gone for branded before...never again. STEP 5: Tap into or establish a fresh water supply to the installation area, and position the supply line valve 10 to 12 inches off the floor. Use cold water for toilet installations. STEP 8: Now prepare the macerator unit for installation. Install the discharge elbow, which has a non-return valve built into it. Secure the elbow with a clamp.
