The notion of Sekai-kan for many of the developers above is of something that determines how a fictional world of a fictional work functions. It’s not related to the story itself, as the story is a consequence of happening in a well-defined Sekai-kan, therefore it’s possible to have elements of a world that are not really shown in the story, even if they are already defined.
