The new Gallows Road Bridge is wider and includes a 5’ bike lane in each direction. Pedestrians now have a 7’ wide sidewalk along northbound Gallows Road or a 10’ wide barrier-separated path along southbound Gallows Road. I would really like to see more stories like this from the authors. I did enjoy their paranormal stories as well, though I was not really into the Zodiac Academy books. I read about half of them I think before giving up because it was just dragging on way too much. Sort of like the Darkmore Petitionary series. It looks like there may be another 2 books in that series and honestly it should have just been 3 books.

Access: The bridge can become muddy and slippery in wet weather. It is accessible by wheelchairs, though the ground is slightly uneven at one end of the bridge onto Macmillan Way West. The new alignment includes improved bicycle and pedestrian facilities on the bridge over I-66 and access to the new 66 Parallel Trail, a shared-use path built along the interstate. The new design: The Upper Ray catchment is well-known regionally as a stronghold for wading birds with iconic species like Curlew and Lapwing using the Upper Ray’s extensive network of species rich grassland, floodplain and wetlands. The new Gallows Road Bridge over I-66 is now complete and open to traffic. The northbound and southbound spans were built separately so that drivers could cross I-66 while demolition and reconstruction occurred. The northbound span was opened in October 2021 and carried both northbound and southbound traffic while the old bridge was demolished and the southbound portion of the new bridge was constructed.Demolition of the old Gallows Road Bridge was finished in February 2022. Would I recommend this book to a friend? Well the few I have are already reading this series, and if i had more friends I would shove this series down their throats. I will miss Sunset Cove and the characters we are leaving there. The construction of the bridge carrying the Exeter bypass over the Honiton Road, just east of Gallows Corner, was part of the second phase of the new Exeter bypass in the 1930s. The first phase, from Pinhoe Road to Hill Barton railway bridge was completed by 1933. The second phase to Countess Wear was put out to tender in September 1933, and by August 1934, was progressing well. An innovation of the route was the bridge (referred to in the press as a 'flyover') over the A30, Honiton Road, a way of avoiding a roundabout or road junction. A slip road was planned to allow access from Honiton to the bypass. The simplest form (as often used in the game " Hangman") resembles an inverted "L" (or a Greek/Cyrillic "Г"), with a single upright and a horizontal beam to which the rope noose would be attached. Don’t bother reading this book if you haven’t read the others. You won’t understand what a superb ending it is. I would have liked for Shawn’s end to have taken up less of their life, but I’m certainly glad the book didn’t end there.
