The Kodak Printomatic is a fun way to capture your memories and keep them on something physical, in this case, Zink paper. Kodak's Zink Zero Photo Paper delivers bright and vibrant instant prints that are sure to make any photo pop once it's printed. This means that with our eye occupied by whatever we can see through the optical viewfinder, it’s easy to hit ‘power off’ when we meant to hit shoot.

Do note that the first time you take a picture with this pack, the blue Color Calibration Sheet will eject first, with your photo printing immediately afterward. This also means that you don't have to wait for the photo to settle properly as you do with actual instant film. Being able to review the pictures before they print – rather than printing being an automatic process – would have been advantageous here.

There’s no carry case or lens protector supplied with the camera – it arrives with a peel-off adhesive sheet protecting the lens out of the box – although third-party manufacturers do offer optional camera cases that fit this model. With the 2-by-3-inch Zink paper, the Kodak Printomatic uses it's 10 megapixel and f/2 aperture to take excellent photos that you can print out instantly.
