About this deal
To the point, the opening is not that nice though I don't hate it like others, the dry down is what gives the Creed Aventus scent but the longevity is very weak meaning you won't have it for long. For trained noses, when the scent is going away after 9 hours, it can be astringent and synthetic just as the beginning. Quickly dries down to a near-Aventus smell (but without any of the subtle fruity, sweet in Aventus).
It will choke people out) Since the performance is so good you can use this all 4 seasons, this will probably end up being my signature scent for going out and whenever i want the Creed Aventus smell with amazing performance. if there is one word of my critique to this, that can dismantle all the praise and hype here, it would be synthetic. And it does now smell very nice though some new bottles may need too sit and macerate for a while to smell better. nothing can beat it, value wise I would put this fragrance a tier above its own in the 40-60 usd range. However, after about 4 hours, I feel the need to reapply because the scent is almost like a skin fragrance.
At first, I was so skeptical because it didn't smell that impressive on me but when I retried the latest Aventus on my skin, it smelled almost exactly alike. The more you let this scent sit the better it gets, I have never had such a deep and developing experience with a fragrance before and I doubt I ever will again. So if you are not in the mood to smell like Aventus for the whole day, you can spray this and have the perfume on for maybe 3 hours. Just skip it and refrain from the elitist whining about others whose sensibilities differ from yours. If you can pay couple more cents, get the Parfum or Al haramain Intense, which is cheaper than CDNIM Parfum. I have never smelled aventus so I can't comment on that, but sometimes when I'm wearing the thing that comes to mind is "ashtray".
