Shia LaBeouf may have had a role in the film, possibly as the lead character Sexton, due to his help in trying to get the movie developed. Even though she has a single day in this world, she will leave a lasting impression on a handful of people, will encounter an enemy of hers and will gain an appreciation of the thing she has to take from the living. Manic Pixie Dream Girl: Didi is a spirited, friendly, charming young woman who inspires the suicidal and ennui-filled Sexton to better appreciate his life.
