This week we're obsessed with this TECNI.ART Pli‎ spray from L'Oreal. If you thought your haircare regime was complete without the addition of this wonder product the stylists 'can't live without', then you'd be wrong. Please note that Royal Mail currently classes perfumes, nail polishes, flammable liquids and aerosols as "hazardous materials" and will only accept a limited number of these per parcel.
