About this deal

Crowndels' featuring St Edward's Crown will appear across Central London Tube stations (Image: TfL) There’s a lot to be discussed and I really hope that they can – that they are willing to sit down and talk about it, because there’s a lot that’s happened in six years. The aim is to use volunteering to bring communities together and create a lasting legacy from the coronation weekend. You can see full details of the key events in London over the coronation weekend here, plus details of the RAF flypast here and the coronation procession here. You can find details of cheap London hotels to book for the coronation here. The so-called crowndels feature a likeness of St Edward’s Crown, which will be used to crown the King at Westminster Abbey on May 6.

The aim of the day is to use volunteering to bring communities together and create a lasting volunteering legacy from the coronation weekend. During an interview with Tom Bradby on ITV, Harry was asked if he will come to the coronation if he is invited, and he said: “There’s a lot that can happen between now and then. Meanwhile, people are invited to gather for a “coronation big lunch” on Sunday, overseen and organised by the Big Lunch team at the Eden Project. Disabled children should be booked as children rather than 'Disabled'. Given the size and complexity of some projects, it’s not practical to remove them for a couple of days.Rob Jones, managing director, Stagecoach Cumbria and North Lancashire, said: "The King’s Coronation next weekend will be a very special and significant event in our history and we’re delighted to mark the celebrations with this specially decorated Coronation bus.

King Charles III’s Coronation is only the third Coronation of an English monarch to take place on a Saturday; the first was King Harold II on January 6th 1066, who was also the last Anglo-Saxon monarch. Harold was notably the first monarch to be crowned at Westminster Abbey in London; the Abbey has been preserved as the traditional venue for Coronations ever since.
