About this deal

Michael was friends with the protagonists of the novel: Charlotte, John, Carlton, Jessica, Lamar and Marla. He is described as a kind and friendly person with all the people in the school. During the course of the story, it is revealed that his body was stuffed into one of the animatronic costumes ( Golden Freddy), and that William Afton (co-founder of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza) was responsible for his murder and that of the other children. Later, it is discovered that the soul of Michael and the other children possessed the animatronics, which hunted down any being that is not a robot. In 1995, John attended the launch of a scholarship dedicated to his school friend Michael Brooks, who went missing ten years earlier. While Golden Freddy himself doesn't appear in this book, Michael Brooks shows up. Its revealed that the original animatronics have been melted into a amalgamation used by William, with all the missing kids being unaware except Michael, who with the help of carlton helps them remember who they are and what happened, saving Carltons life and then going down with William in a furnace with the rest of the kids as the amalgamation.

And then the years go by, and it’s just another thing that happened. Not like it’s not important, or terrible, but it’s in the past, just as much as everything else. You know?” The next day, John and his friends attend the scholarship's launch ceremony at their old school, where Michael's parents give a speech about him. Afterwards, John confesses to Charlie that he remembers seeing a strange person in a yellow Freddy costume at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza on the day of Michael's death, and he now suspects this person was Michael's killer. They discover the still-functioning control panel which makes the robots move, and Charlie finds a fourth robot - Foxy. When they go to Clay's house and to his basement, they discover the animatronics and the Golden Freddy costume, totally immobile. John starts talking to them, then they realize that the animatronics turned their heads in the direction of the young man and that Golden Freddy's suit had given off two white lights in the empty basins of the suit; showing that Michael and the rest of the children still possessed the robots. When John mentions the name of William Afton, the animatronics go mad and flee violently into the woods, including Golden Freddy that disappears.

Due to the many similarities between the novels and the games, it's implied that William Afton's appearance in the novels could be his true appearance in the games. John drives Charlie to the abandoned diner in New Harmony, and she remembers the day her brother Sammy was abducted by someone in a Bonnie costume, which led to the diner going out of business and Charlie's parents divorcing. She suspects that Sammy's abduction and Michael's murder are connected. As Charlie's friends mourn over her death, a woman drives up and got out. She was slim and tall, with long, straight brown hair that glistened in the sun. She strode purposefully toward the diner. They all watched motionless, as if the slightest sound might rupture the illusion and send her away. The woman was almost at the door. Marla is determined and strong-willed, with a big personality that can lighten the mood of those around her. She is extremely loyal to those she loves, and is one of the friends that made sure to stay in touch with Charlie after everyone moved away. In 1995, Marla attend the launch of a scholarship dedicated to his school friend Michael Brooks, who went missing ten years earlier. She reunites with her childhood friends and attend the scholarship's launch ceremony at their old school, where Michael's parents give a speech about him. That night, Charlie, Jessica, John, and Carlton return to the restaurant, accompanied by their friends Marla, Lamar, and her 11-year-old brother Jason.

Upon further investigation, the friends discover the restaurant is still standing and that the mall had been built around it. After they find a way to break in, they explore the abandoned restaurant and find that the animatronics, Freddy Fazbear, Bonnie, and Chica, which were built by Charlie's father, were still on stage.Jessica is then later encountered by Baby Crawlers. Jessica manages to fight them off, by tossing them into the ball pit. Then Jessica, Marla, and the three kids were able to make an escape. The main antagonist of The Man in Room 1280 and the unintentional antagonist in the epilogues, he was hurt and murdered by William Afton only for Andrew attaching himself to the man's soul to ensure that he can't die. They discover the still-functioning control panel which makes the robots move, and Charlie finds a fourth robot - Foxy the Pirate Fox - which cuts her arm with his hook. The next morning, haunted by recent events, Charlie tells John that before moving to Hurricane her father owned another restaurant called Fredbear's Family Diner, which featured two performing robots, yellow versions of Freddy Fazbear and Bonnie the Bunny.

The protagonist of The Silver Eyes and The Twisted Ones, she was killed by William at Fredbear's Family Diner, while her and her twin brother were hiding in one of the closets playing with costumes. years later, his parents decided to commemorate the anniversary of this tragedy, leaving a scholarship dedicated to Michael. In 1995, Jessica arrives in Hurricane, Utah, to attend the launch of a scholarship dedicated to his old friend Michael Brooks, who went missing a decade earlier due to an incident at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. Appearing in Chapter 1, she reunites with John and Carlton Burke. Charlie later shows up, and in the middle of their awkward conversations, the four start to talk about Freddy's. They then decide to revisit Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, a restaurant Charlie's father once owned. Carlton claims that an incomplete shopping mall has been built in the restaurant's place. Marla first appears in Chapter 2, she is at Carlton's house, along with Jessica and Carlton. By the time John arrives, they are excited that he came. The group then starts to talk about Charlie, and how she's different lately. He kept Charlie's old childhood robot's, Theodore's, still-functioning head on his nightstand. His apartment was barely furnished, and was quite messy. He spent most of his time laying on his bed, theorizing about reasons Charlie could still be alive. He was entirely unwilling to see Charlie, and the time after her "death" was spent alone. To speed up the process, William captures the original animatronics and fuses their endoskeletons together, rendering them unable to move and ready to be used for experimentation, involving melting down the endoskeletons to see if they would bring life to the Funtimes. One of these experiments involved heating up and injecting a glowing liquid from the endoskeletons into his new Funtime animatronics, which animated them and gave him full control over them. Another involved Elizabeth surgically removing organs from his body and smashing them into the endoskeletons, hoping for some kind of change.
