We're web designers, turned coaches... turned web designers again. ❤️ Our story is an adventure, but it led us to Lovely Impact — the go-to resource for coaches starting and growing their businesses. Calling strangers to sell them coaching when they don’t know you and you don’t know much about them is usually a waste of time. Project Kairos, is your dojo – a training gym for mastering creating clients. You will learn how to increase your income and impact, by serving people powerfully, one conversation and one relationship at a time. Or simply put, mastering the Prosperous Coach Approach. It’s such a servant mindset. The Prosperous Coach (dot point) Summary

I learned to serve people powerfully, one conversation at a time. I learned to slow down to create the space for miracles to happen. And every time I serve others, I see myself growing into my true-self. Ask the questions that no one else would, and give advice that resolves the pain points your clients have, instead of just trying to mimic advice that you’ve heard online. Life was really lonely. She’d be at home, with tears running down her face – still in her pajamas at noon – wondering where on earth her next client would come from. And there was no one she could speak to. She had never met a successful coach (every coaching event she attended seemed to be full of struggling coaches, who’d never earned what she’d earned at the height of her career). And how could she talk to her old friends? After all, they were jealous she’d escaped the corporate world; they were busy with work; and the only response she’d likely hear was, “I wish I had your problems…”

I found it interesting that they choose to use larger print so their book would be bigger and thus present as more credible.I was hoping for some practical advice about starting and running a successful coaching business, but instead, I got common sense tidbits (“coach as much as possible”) and general motivational snippets (“always be yourself!”). The writing itself was choppy and read like a series of blog posts or content mined out of a weekly newsletter and sloppily slapped together into a book. I’ve been really able to step into who I am and where my power is because of each and every one in the group. Thank you, Rich for giving us the tools and helping us see the things that we couldn’t see within ourselves.” I’ve helped dozens of coaches make their first million dollars from coaching. Now, for the first time, in this Live coaching experience, I’m going to share my insights to help coaches make more impact – and income – than they ever imagined. Steve Chandler graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Creative Writing and Political Science.

You’ll propose coaching agreements to the ones that fascinate you the most. You’ll count your proposals. And you’ll collect NO after NO after NO!Invite: how many people did you invite to a powerful coaching conversation with you this week? Write out their names. On the positive, there were some tips on how to close the sale when you do get the client in a conversation. Although it's recommended to have a full two hour session and to coach during this time. Again, not realistic especially for someone just starting out.
