About this deal

Martin Lewis: Do you have a Power of Attorney? It’s crucial protection – not just for the elderly – and more important than a will Wheat berries all over the world are usually ground to a flour or left to sprout to make wheatgrass juice.

In the US and other places, you mainly get hard wheat berries and soft berries. These are not Ebly! According to the Food Standards Agency it now contains wheat (gluten) which is not mentioned on the label, making it a possible health risk for anyone with Coeliac disease or an intolerance to gluten.

These notices explain to customers why the products are being recalled and tell them what to do if they have bought the products. If you have leftover wheat berries, you can use it to make a soup by using clear broth and using carrots and leeks.Yet, there are wheat berries that need no soaking and that are cooked through after 10 minutes. These are called Ebly. 📕 What is Ebly? Keep scrolling to find out how to tell if you bought one of the products affected and what you should do.
