If your mind works in the abnormal way of others such as questioning and believing in the unbelievable this is your kind of book. You dont have to be smart, spiritual, or even believe in myths to be interested in the story that is told but it will catch your attention. Spiritualist are most common to read this book because is more about getting in touch with yourself and understanding who you really are. This book is more for those who are at least 17 and older its more depending on your interest and simply if you can be open about the topic and try to understand what its trying to tell you. If you are the kind of person who questions their past and reason for being here on earth this is exactly that kind of book to help you. I found this to be one of the most important parts of the book. Our abilities to embrace emotions and work through them without numbing practices and unhealthy coping mechanisms is something that has existed in society for eons. I wanted to have a "this is who you are book" for when I take a new shell (new body) and forget everything again. As a kid I didn't really like the idea of being human...

They say the Bringers of the Dawn have a mission...well...if I compare my goals (which I've written out on paper in my journals before I've read this) with the mission of the Bringers of the Dawn...I see that the goals I've set up to achieve are connected with my Light...They are stepping stones, my way of achieving the mission. When the library of yourselves was torn from the shelves and scattered, and the DNA was split so that there were only two strands left with very little data and very little memory, sexuality was left intact in the physical body. A reminder. Something to help me remember who I am and why do I breathe... "you had to become human to stay...you had to be here to understand and perceive the change from their point of view to create the frequency for their change..."...or something like that. At times, this book was hard to stay focused on, mostly because of the way it was written, but when I was able to stay focused, I was able to get into her points and take in her messages.In addition to such truths told, I'm surprised by a message that seems a stretch. We are told that originally the human species was magnificent; knowledgeable and powerful. A dark force debased us by messing with our DNA, unplugging us from most of its power. The forces of light are interested in repairing our DNA and restoring our power and magnificence. With everything else revealed in which we see the truth of the world, it's my experience with miracles that allows me to give credence to the possibility that we may indeed be restored. Overall, there’s a positive message here that I can’t be mad at. A lot of this seems like Rhonda Byrne’s ‘The Secret’, fifteen years before that book came out. This is the idea of thought manifestation, or what she calls “superconsciousness”. I really enjoyed this book and the goal of this book. I felt that this was timely especially to many within the present generations as we search for ways to be more mindful.
