To set the Countdown timer, first decide these steps:

On the first day, the alert times may be slightly off depending on when the alarm was created. For example, if you set the alarm to repeat at an interval of one hour from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., but you program the alarm at 8:15 a.m., it will alert at 15 minutes past each hour for that day only. It will begin the second day at 8 a.m. and repeat at the top of each hour within the Start-Stop range. How to Set Individual AlarmsPress and release SET button until hour displays 8. When all alarms have been set as desired, press and hold MODE button until time and date are displayed. Press and release SET button until hour displays 8. Note that AM will be flashing on the left side of the numbers when you start. While a countdown timer is set and active, you can confirm the time until it next alerts by pressing and releasing MODE button two times, until the Countdown appears on screen. The time counting down to the next alert will be displayed for a few seconds. Int” and “Countdown” begin flashing. Set the interval of time between alarms. To set 90 minutes, or 1 hour and 30 minutes, press and release SET button until 1 appears in the hour position. Press and release MODE button three times until Alarm and 1 appear at the bottom of the screen and the time is displayed as -:–.
