The only thing I will say that it would of been nice to get some sort of notification that Zog had taken flight and was on his way. Larger items, primarily outdoor or ride-on products are shipped directly from Hamleys partners and may take longer to arrive. I bought it for a nursery, and the kids adore the characters, and it helps them learn the stories by allowing them to act out events from the books with the toys. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to BFPO addresses and some large items are shipped directly from our suppliers who ship to the UK mainland only.
