The heavy crystal glass Art Deco-style flacons are custom-made by Italian manufacturer Luigi Bormioli, best known for his style and artwork are often compared to Renaissance. I cannot say that I’m surprised with the end product because of the sheer number of Mancera and Montale releases each year which prevents Pierre Montale to bring out masterpieces continuously. The mint is a phantom note as there's no mint ingredient - at least not mentioned - but the overall smell sort of has a minty feel. Nearly all fragrances tested so far stood out due to very prominent fragrances, all of which seemed very synthetic. Now to the fragrance itself, the title focuses on Oud, Lemon (here converted as Mandarin and Lemon) and Mint.

I must of ate five hundred almonds in my life and one thing I noticed is almonds, to me, don't have a smell. He used to share his fragrance reviews on many social media platforms and gained lots of recognition. As it transitions to the heart you begin to get the jasmine which deepens into a grape-leaning sweet citrus white-floral addition which supports and continues the lemon for the duration which takes on a candied lemon vibe.This would be a very typical oud scent from mancera and is not too overpowering and would not be enough to put most people off.

This, and perhaps a pinch of pepper, gives the fragrance a slightly green-spicy facet, which, in combination with the lemon and jasmine, provides the lightening of the Aouds. The citric is quite spicy at the beginning, but is surrounded by a very strong sweetness, which remains for my nose throughout the entire course of the fragrance. On first spray I wasn't sure if I would like it as it has a generic, almost cleaning product scent from the opening on a test strip. The fragrance consists of notes like amber, leather, musk, vanilla, jasmine, vetiver, oud, patchouli, pepper, Mandarin, coriander, almond, and lemon. The sillage this leaves is incredible and the scent smells even better in air than close to the skin.The fragrance is available in 60ml, and 120ml Eau de Parfum flacons, and it is still available to purchase.
