They both still worked just fine even though Windows did not see the ST100, neither did the ICUE software.

means that its either so new that they haven't gotten to adding it yet, or that it doesn't sell well enough to merit its own section, or worse. I did a Restart on the ICUE service, plugged it back in and then the lights came back on as default, but was still undetected by ICUE. I was also having USB disconnect issues where the ST100 would drop out entire USB hubs on my motherboard causing devices to drop out and come back. Also when I plug my Void Wireless dongle in the St100 port it makes sounds and my mic to other people garbled and choppy.With the HS70 adapter plugged into the back of the computer, I get drop outs if I so much as turn my head wrong. I will try this, thanks for sharing although we shouldn't have to do this, there is some issue with the iCue software, it needs fixing in this area.

Unplug the headset from your computer, and do NOT plug it back in until these instructions state to.I moved my VOID dongle back over to the PC rather than on the ST100, and the headset works totally fine. I even have 2 or three less reliable single ports on the backside that give me the troubles every so often.
