We use Royal Mail 2 nd class, Royal Mail 2 nd class Signed for (Recorded Delivery), Royal Mail Special Delivery and Parcelforce 48Express. The nature of the item, its weight, its size and its value determine which service is used. If there is nobody at home to accept delivery of your parcel when it is delivered, you should receive a ‘missed delivery’ postcard through your letterbox. Please follow the instructions carefully as this will explain where to go to collect your parcel and the necessary documentation to take with you (usually the postcard and proof of your identification).
