Service, Robert (2005). A History of Modern Russia: From Nicholas II to Vladimir Putin. Cambridge, MA: Harvard University Press. ISBN 978-0-67401-801-3.

He followed this up with ‘The Barbarossa Secret’, in 2022; an explosive book which reveals a family’s involvement in a staggering cover-up from WW2 with astounding implications, implicating governments, institutions, and even royalty. Based on meticulous research, the book delves into real events from the Second World War to the present day, raising many historical questions in a highly credible and powerful international drama. It is necessary to eliminate the red subhumans, along with their Kremlin dictators. The German people have to fulfill the greatest task in their history, and the world will hear that this task will be completed to the end. [13] Kirchubel, Robert (2007). Operation Barbarossa 1941: Army Group Center. Osprey Publishing. ISBN 978-1-84603-107-6. Lopez, Jean; Aubin, Nicolas; Bernard, Vincent; Guillerat, Nicolas; Fenby, Jonathan (2019). As a result of this sort of propaganda, the majority of the Wehrmacht Heer officers and soldiers tended to regard the war less strategically and more in Nazi terms, seeing their Soviet opponents as nothing but sub-human trash deserving to be trampled upon. Fahlbusch, Michael (1999). Die Südostdeutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (in German). German Historical Institute. ISBN 978-0-375-41086-4. With a house in a small rural village in North Wales much of my spare time is spent exploring the countryside, visiting historical buildings, or travelling. Other interests include politics, history, and current affairs. I have also enjoyed a life on the water sailing and cruising both inland waterways and offshore. On June 22, 1941, more than 3 million German and Axis troops invaded the Soviet Union along an 1,800-mile-long front, launching Operation Barbarossa. It was Germany’s largest invasion force of the war, representing some 80 percent of the Wehrmacht, the German armed forces, and one of the most powerful invasion forces in history. I have always had a love of history and of writing. Before I retired I was an entrepreneur and wrote a lot of marketing materials, brochures that kind of thing. But that was not really the kind of writing or story-telling that I wanted to do.

So I put something together and sent it to her. She became very excited and said that it was fantastic and that I had to finish it. And that became the prologue to my first book. "Treaties, States parties, and Commentaries – Part VIII: Execution of the Convention – Article 82". ihl-databases.icrc.org. With France defeated and only Britain left standing against Germany in Western Europe, Hitler turned toward his next goal—Germany’s expansion into the Eastern Front, and the lebensraum (“living space”) that would ensure the dominance of the German people. I was approached by the publisher and offered the chance to review this book before publication - I was slightly hesitant at first as this is not something I would usually read. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of detail Kerr has put into this book and at times it was difficult to work out if I was reading fact or fiction. By definition, this required the defeat of the Soviet Union and the colonization of its territories, especially the resource-rich Ukraine, by “Aryan” Germans rather than its native Slavic population, which Hitler viewed as racially inferior.
