It is a tiny screen, but nothing fancy or big is needed on a device this size. It is 0.49 inches or 13 x 8.5 mm. It has a basic display that shows the wattage and battery level shown as a percentage and a bar. Beneath that are the coil resistance and a puff counter. I have been waiting for this moment ever since I bought the first NORD pod.As much as I loved it at the time, I always hated the loose draw and big-gob mouthpiece.The Novo 4 has made up for all that the Nord failed on and with much better flavour. The Smok Novo 4 Mini follows the exact design language of previous Novo devices. It looks, as you’d expect, like a miniature version of the Novo 4 just without a screen. Novo devices have always been good MTL devices and the Novo 4 is no different. Judging from the latest iterations, it looks like Smok has designated the Nords as their DL pod vapes and the Novos as their MTL pod vapes. So if you’re a MTL vaper, you’ll want to be looking at the Novo 4.

The Novo 4 has adjustable wattage from 5 to 25 watts, there is only one button and, since it is draw activated, there’s no fire button. The pod is a tinted plastic, but it’s clear enough to see your juice levels through. However as the pod sits quite low into the device, it’s hard to see when your juice levels are low unless you tip the device or remove the pod.
