Actually she is wearing a pair of cuff-leg pantees. They look to me like silky-rayon pantees, but it’s hard to tell for sure. Cuff-leg pantees are certainly nice and cool and airy to wear for the summer, so it makes sense that she would choose to wear her pantees.
