The problem with linalool is, that just like limonene it oxidises on air exposure and becomes allergenic. Compared to the pure form it's more stable, has longer shelf life, but it's also more poorly absorbed by the skin.
The resulting cream or lotion has great cosmetic properties with good spreadability and an enhanced soft skin feel.I think personally for me, due to my sensitivity this is a moisturiser I would use only in the day or mixed in with a foundation… I would not use it for a night cream! Let me tell you right away that this daily moisturiser is that good that I’ve already bought two backup bottles. All in all, limonene has some pros and cons, but - especially if your skin is sensitive - the cons probably outweigh the pros.
Its protection is very good between 290 - 350 nm (UVB and UVA II range), and less good at 350-400 nm (UVA I) range. Also, works well to fill in fine lines and wrinkles and give skin a plump look (of course that is only temporary, but still, it's nice). I love anything that says it will 'blur' my skin as those kinds of products usually work really well for my skin type.
