About this deal

Kaleb has been working in the farming industry since he was a schoolboy, since finding fame on the show he has gone on to launch his own cider brand and now he's even penned his own book - all while running his own contracting business and filming for season two of the beloved farming show.

About the Author: Kaleb Cooper is a farming contractor from Oxfordshire in the UK who plays a central advisory role to Jeremy Clarkson in all eight episodes of the Prime Video series Clarkson’s Farm. Born in July 1998 he grew up in the Cotswolds and has been working in farming since he was at school. He studied agriculture at Moreton Morrell College and likes collecting tractors and cars. From 1st July 2021, VAT will be applicable to those EU countries where VAT is applied to books - this additional charge will be collected by Fed Ex (or the Royal Mail) at the time of delivery. Shipments to the USA & Canada: Kaleb Cooper, the breakout star from ‘Clarkson’s Farm’ (aka the one who did the actual farming) discusses all angles of life, from cities to sports; celebrities to parties. Part informative book about farming, part love letter to farming, part humorous memoir… about farming! This book is an enjoyable romp through the countryside, as seen through the eyes of a country boy, laying bare all the good and bad moments of life. This book is guaranteed to teach you something, whether big or small, and make you laugh along the way. Introducing Clarkson’s Farm favourite Kaleb Cooper’s worldly wisdom on life’s big issues, from the difference between straw and hay to the importance of having a hair perm. I will leave you with my favourite quote from the book: ‘You give a sheep a choice between life and death, and it’ll look at one, and then at the other, and then it’ll run towards death every time. Every day, their main objective is to die.’

Chipping Norton’s celebrity farmer Kaleb Cooper has strong views on lots of things: sheep (‘stupid’), Jeremy Clarkson (‘f***ing idiot’), goats (‘they’re a proper good clear-up animal, they eat everything – no wonder they taste horrible’), New York (‘if it’s like London, where there are no tractors, that’s no good’) and more. Like most fans of Clarkson's Farm, I utterly adored Kaleb but this book was... well, it was exactly what you'd expect of a sheltered young man who's never left the village he's grown up in or experienced any kind of life outside of his circle. The lovable rural bumpkin Kaleb Cooper won hearts and minds on the first series of the hit streaming programme which followed the adventures of the former Top Gear host as he tried his hand at farm life. And among the surrounding cast, Kaleb Cooper was easily the most popular and it's clear the 21-year-old farmer wasn't expecting his very sudden rise to fame literally overnight. It comes after Jeremy Clarkson himself also released a farming memoir titled: Diddly Squat, a Year on the Farm. Season two of the successful show Clarkson's Farm is also reaching fans soon, with the release date set to be early 2023.
